Villa

Many original features have been retained in the house, which is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Accommodation is on the first floor with rooms leading off a spectacular drawing room with beamed ceilings, huge open fireplace, terracotta floors and views across to local hilltop towns. A large rustic table seats up to ten and the room is furnished with antiques and interesting artwork. Satellite TV is available. The room flows out on to a large sun terrace for outdoor eating.

The main house has five double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. It is possible to have the small sala made up as a sixth bedroom, but this room would share a bathroom. The bedrooms are all spacious and traditionally decorated with beautiful vaulted chestnut ceilings and terracotta floors. Sant Orsola is furnished as a home with antique wardrobes and dressers in all the bedrooms.

Each bedroom has views of the Italian countryside. Five have stylish en-suite bathrooms with showers or baths; one bedroom is adjoining and has a shared bathroom for families or friends. Two of the bedrooms have single beds. Three of the bedrooms can be configured with twin beds. All towels and crisp white bed linen are provided. All the bedrooms have ceilings fans and duvets are available if the nights are cool. 

The large eat-in kitchen with three windows looking out across the gardens and countryside is well equipped with modern appliances and there is also an open fireplace, which can be used for cooking Umbrian style. Welcome food basket on arrival. All the windows in the villa are fitted with shutters and mosquito nets.

Apartments

I Cipressi:

A delightful two-storey one-bedroom apartment comprising a kitchen, open fire and lounge area downstairs, overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.
The apartment is well equipped and has a television and stereo.
Upstairs the en-suite double bedroom is traditionally furnished and has steps leading to a picturesque secluded vine covered terrace with table and chairs. Welcome food basket. Bed linen and towels inclusive.

La Cantina:

Situated in the 12th century part of Sant Orsola this recently renovated apartment comprises a large bedroom ( with either double or twin beds), bathroom with shower and bath, kitchen with beautiful marble surfaces and is fully equipped with fridge, toaster, kettle etc.

The lounge, approached through an old stone archway, overlooks the swimming pool and has many interesting features including the original arched doorways. The lounge is equipped with TV, satellite TV with British and American programmes, stereo and radio. There is also a sofa bed suitable for a child or one adult. La Cantina has its own private outdoor seating and eating areas overlooking the surrounding countryside. We offer a complimentary welcome food basket on arrival.
